Well, we’re familiar with number 360 around us, right? Like 360° as a full rotation; roughly calculated 360 days a year; blogging platform called Yahoo! 360°; Xbox 360 which is a Video game console by Microsoft or even Ferrari 360 Modena huaaahahahaha
Today I got another 360 and it might be my future-job anyway
I’ve been doing recruitment for staff and manager for about seven months; nothing special while I did that. All I have to do is just put an information’s for job seeker on the internet then read the entire approved resume that comes to my email. When I identified candidate whose background and experience meet the requirements; I’ll communicate with my boss whether they’re fits ours or not. If yes, I’ll contact the candidate for going to the next step; there are several test to fill for staff level but for manager level; we invite them to come to our office and doing interviewing either casually or formally. Ahh yaaaa don’t forget communicating with their references, we haven’t known them yet; so for our concern, references opinion are important to us.
When finally we find someone to fill the position; we’re begin with the employee-offering letter to make sure that the person agreed to work together with the company; then we ended with the employee-agreement. This might be sound simple, but it never easy to find someone fits the requirements

Somehow its different way of recruitment whiles the company searching for high caliber top management employees also known as CEO or Corporate Director. I don’t know exactly how it works, but all I know that there must be some deep evaluation of doing it. One thing that comes up to my mind is Leadership Standard Evaluation. In Human Resources there is 360-degree in circle; as one popular measurement tool, the 360 evaluation where managers, peers and direct reports offer their confidential opinion of a leader’s competencies, strengths and weaknesses.
Well, in the other side; there are many companies who having its main line of work for CEO or Corporate Director Recruiter just like what Dennis Carey has.. All The company have to do is hired then wait. The recruiter will help and assist the company needs to find their person in charged to manage the 360° in circle of the company
