i’m starting to worry about me, myself, my health and also my big fat great body
one day i started to feel overflowing while i do simple things. this is not good and this is getting worst, if i keep ‘amnesia’ about my health. so, from one and a half month ago, i start my new project. yes, project of losing weight. so much, to be thrown away from this big fat great body
i thank to my dearest friend -mondy; who had keeping a faith that we could! if we try. in my case, i can be more healthy than today if i try to live healthy. i do need more exercises than anyone else. if you’ve saw me, you will say so
so this is me, day to day, enjoying my times at one of good Fitness Club here in Batam.
there are many instruments of fitness there. i choose to do treadmill for 30 minutes (and will be lifted the time and speed more and more everyday), play around with dumbbell
owh sometimes i do dance combine with gymnastics
used to called as aerobic hihihihi then after all that things has done; i go swimming.. this is my favorite part.. husss bukan gaya batu tau’! kalo gaya batu mah dipake di jaman batu aja kalii.. ga musimm
well, i learn many swim-style, but i’m good in backstroke-style
owh we have our favorite innovation of swim-style hihihi doggy-style huaaaahahaha did you ever see any dog swimming? yeah like that.. we called it susi-style cos my friend told us that she has a dog named susi at her office (upss, sorry susi)
i really enjoying my times doing sport lately, well it was not me at all at first time -i admit that secara yaaa gue ini paling males olah-raga, tadinyaaa
but people change.. changes for the best intentions, why not?? am i right??
beside sport, i do diet.. it doesn’t mean when you’re on diet you’re not eat. if you do so, hahaha it will kill you. diet means that you’ve to manage your food -i got this advice from my nice personal trainer
he says that i have to eat but must a healthy food. do not eat too much rice, so i eat rice for only 5 tablespoons a day, thats more than enough for me; but i have to take so much fiber from vegetables (yewww i hate veggies anyway but i have no other choice than eat it, so i eat it together with shrimp-crackers hahaha) and also fruits.. some people says an apple a day will keep the doctor away.. so apples are my bestfriend
i can’t stay away from coffee, though.. well i still may choose low fat coffee then
take it as my breakfast; together with whole-grain bread or (again) combine with an apple.. then after all to make this diet more perfect, i skip my dinner yihaaaa!! this is the hardest thing to do, by the way.. but i keep promising myself to toe the line in this project
after doing so many exercises and stick to the diet-formula, for one and a half month, i deserves rewards.. i got 6 cm away from my hip (i wasn’t know it.. well i feel it but i’m too afraid to measure it until my tailor read a meter to me hahahaha) and losing weight 6 kg.. well.. well.. if you haven’t seen any changes on me; it means that there are still too much to be thrown away from this big fat great body! and this project isn’t a magic at all..
so all i wanted to do; just enjoy the process and be grateful for the result, that’s all.. wish me luck, pals
