Well.. Well.. Hasil kerja Panitia (yang tentu sajah termasuk akyu yang akhirnya ga bisa ikutan jadi peserta yang padahal ngiler ajegileee sama hadiahnya)   dari hari ke hari.. pagi sampe malam.. kesana kemari..  padahal waktunya mepet banget.. jiyeeehhh..

LOMBA BLOG 2009 akhirnya GO LIVE!! dengan tema “Melihat Batam melalui Blog” yang mana bertujuan untuk mengenalkan Batam sebagai Batam Digital Island -Konsep kota yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Dan saat ini melalui “Lomba Blog 2009” diharapkan mampu mencapai keberhasilan mensukseskan Kota Batam dibidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi tersebut seperti e-government, e-business, e-education, e-procurement dan lain sebagainya serta mempromosikan Batam baik Nasional maupun Internasional sebagai wujud misi kota Batam menyongsong VISIT BATAM 2010.

Hujan di sore itu. Sayah hanya berharap hujan akan segera berhenti karena malam ini akan ada acara yang sudah lama tidak kami lakukan, iya.. iya.. sudah lama tidak dilakukan oleh BBC -Batam Blogger Community. KOPiDARat. Mempererat silahturahmi antara anggota lama dengan anggota baru. KOPiDARat kali ini undangan dari anggota BBC Pak Ria Saptarika yang adalah Wakil Walikota Batam Batam beruntung memiliki tokoh pemimpin yang ternyata doyan internet pun doyan kacang kulit dan sate juga

KOPiDARat kali ini penting buat sayah. Setelah beberapa emosi dan kasih sayang berkoar-koar di milis; maka kini saatnya bersalaman mempererat ikatan bathin sesama anggota komunitas blogger Batam.

Tepat pukul 8 malam-minggu lalu; ternyata hujan belum mau berhenti. Rintik gerimis tetap dipertahankan Yang Maha Kuasa, mungkin ingin menguji konsistensi blogger terhadap janji yang telah dibuat. Sayah keluarkan jagoan merah sayah dari garasi dan dengan memakai jasujan ungu paporit, menelusuri jalan sepanjang baloi – engku putri. Basah.  Tetapi pikiran saya cuma satu; sederhana saja, saya ingin bertemu dan bersalaman dengan teman-teman maya saya

Begitu sampai di tempat acara, yang tadinya sudah disiapkan tenda di lapangan Engku Putri dipindahkan ke teras pelataran kantor PEMKO. Semua sudah disiapkan, karpet sudah digelar, sound system sudah terpasang bahkan makanan pun sudah tersedia. Betapa yang empunya acara telah betul-betul mempersiapkan segalanya. Terharu. Terima kasih Pak

Semua undangan berkumpul -BBC bersama Pihak Media lokal Batam serta pihak TELKOM telah hadir. Semua memiliki satu tujuan; menjadikan Batam Digital Island Diskusi mengenai target 2000 Blogger Batam di tahun 2009 pun dibuka kemudian sepakat secara bertahap melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan. Kini, satu kegiatan sedang dirumuskan. Berharap berjalan sebagaimana yang diharapkan, target yang dikejar pun kesampaian. Bukan hanya menjadi impian belaka. Begitulah, malam berjalan santai dan menyenangkan meski masih tampak rintik hujan serta angin dingin meniup perlahan

Di kantor saya ini, hampir mirip kantor pemerintahan meski cuma sebulan sekali; pasti ada apel pagi di tanggal 17 setiap bulannya lengkap dengan upacara bendera, menyanyikan lagu kebangsaan Indonesia Raya, mengheningkan cipta, pembacaan Pancasila dan pembukaan UUD 1945 dan tentu saja masih ditambah amanat pembina upacara

Panas, check! Gerah, check! dan sayah pun malas.. tapi woooo tunggu dulu.. khusus Upacara hari ini, ada yang lebih bikin saya malas.. Sudah menjadi tradisi disini, setiap bulannya siapapun yang masa kerjanya telah mencapai  kelipatan 5 tahun akan diberi Penghargaan; ya piagam ya bonus cumaaaaaa.. kali ini nyali saya sudah ciut duluan

Kenapa??? karena saya akan menerima penghargaan 5 tahunan tersebut secara berdampingan dengan orang yang ngakunya sayang banget sama saya itu (tapi nyebelin banget orangnya.. huh!) sebenernya bukan dia yang membuat saya malas;  (well, since i’m in love with him anyway) tapi berdiri berdampingan dengannya di depan lapangan dan ditonton puluhan pasang mata yang notabene rekan kerja kita juga yang dengan rela memasang tawa jahil tertahan; itu yang bikin saya males

Sayah kenal rekan-rekan kerja disini, sangat malah.. isengnya itu loh ampun-ampun-an! Umur yang tidak muda lagi tidak menjadi jaminan mereka bertingkah-laku sesuai umurnya tapi sayah maklum adanya.. mau bagaimana lagi?! lagian saya kan ga bisa memilih ingin menjatuhi-cinta pada siapa.. lantas kalau akhirnya sayah dan dia saling jatuh cinta, salah siapa?! nahhhh.. akhirnya sayah yang ngumpet!! ga ikutan upacara.. tapi siyalnya si bos selaku pembina upacara (mungkin) karena sayangggg banget sama sayah.. makanya dia maksa nyariin saya.. tapi jangan sebut “ryane” soalnya kalo dah ngumpet, bakal susah nemuinnya tapi gara-gara si bos lah.. yang ada jadi ketawuan kalo sayah menghindar.. damn!!! padahal orang2 tadinya ga ngeh tuuuhh sayah ga ada.. ahhh si bosss! payah!

Well, setelah upacara selesai.. sayah masih mendengar godaan usil mereka, dan bisa dipastikan si dia pasti sedang bertahan dengan wajah merona malu mendengar godaan usil rekan-rekan kami *blushing*

i guess you people; had too much expectations when you’re subscribe into some mailing lists.. so, when you people; feel that “too much” is not much for you and seems not fit yours at all, you’re people start saying “GA BERMUTU”

don’t you people; ever know that the founder (and member too) ever had ‘jatuh-bangun-tengkurep-telentang’ while they were build that mailing list until you’ve came and ruin everything with your so negligible words!

GA BERMUTU -i just don’t get the meaning of those words.. is it mean that you should contribute something but you didn’t then easy saying those words? well, you’re the one who GA BERMUTU then! lahhh terus salah siapa? salah gue? salah temen-temen gue? -dialog aadc niy

I did something while I’m enjoying my (not) so long holiday last week what else?! I’m doing sketching though hehehe Not some complicated sketch anyway; but still need to focus while doing it.. Well, pretty good lahh..

I loved my eyes when it looks beautiful with long eye-lashes.. For me it quite impossible to do.. Why? *sigh* i born with short eye-lashes and even if I put mascara on it; it just still not looks that stunning

But lucky me.. I find my way to look alike some superb-models wearing long-lashes mascara through amazing photoshop creative style.. I only uses Pen tool, Artistic Poster Edges and Brush Dark Strokes to has this amazing long eye-lashes

Ssssttt no laughing needed, I’m just enjoying my eyes *wink-wink*

Well, we’re familiar with number 360 around us, right? Like 360° as a full rotation; roughly calculated 360 days a year; blogging platform called Yahoo! 360°; Xbox 360 which is a Video game console by Microsoft or even Ferrari 360 Modena huaaahahahaha

Today I got another 360 and it might be my future-job anyway I’ve been doing recruitment for staff and manager for about seven months; nothing special while I did that. All I have to do is just put an  information’s for job seeker on the internet then read the entire approved resume that comes to my email. When I identified candidate whose background and experience meet the requirements; I’ll communicate with my boss whether they’re fits ours or not. If yes, I’ll contact the candidate for going to the next step; there are several test to fill for staff level but for manager level; we invite them to come to our office and doing interviewing either casually or formally. Ahh yaaaa don’t forget communicating with their references, we haven’t known them yet; so for our concern, references opinion are important to us.

When finally we find someone to fill the position; we’re begin with the employee-offering letter to make sure that the person agreed to work together with the company; then we ended with the employee-agreement. This might be sound simple, but it never easy to find someone fits the requirements

Somehow its different way of recruitment whiles the company searching for high caliber top management employees also known as CEO or Corporate Director. I don’t know exactly how it works, but all I know that there must be some deep evaluation of doing it. One thing that comes up to my mind is Leadership Standard Evaluation. In Human Resources there is 360-degree in circle; as one popular measurement tool, the 360 evaluation where managers, peers and direct reports offer their confidential opinion of a leader’s competencies, strengths and weaknesses.

Well, in the other side; there are many companies who having its main line of work for CEO or Corporate Director Recruiter just like what Dennis Carey has.. All The company have to do is hired then wait. The recruiter will help and assist the company needs to find their person in charged to manage the 360° in circle of the company
